If I could put 0 I would. Dealer to flee. I called the first time for a problem with my car I explained the problem the gentleman told me I had to wait until the end of August for an appointment I explained that my car was going to be at expiry date for the guarantee. He told me to go to another dealer and we would find a solution for the warranty. The other dealership could not take me right away I had to wait a few days so I wait a few days and I don't use my car but the problem with my car worried me more and more because the problem seems to be coming I still decide to go to the dealership in Albasud to ask them if I can drive with it to the other dealership which is 30km away. I explain it to them and ask if they can take a look, to see if I can at least ride it or if I should avoid it. Categorical refusal to look at my car because staff are understaffed. They still tell me to go to another dealership, not even able to answer my questions about the risk of driving up to castel. So I call Opel Castel who are very professional and finally answer my question by explaining my problem. They tell me not to drive because I could break the engine and invite me to come to their garages. I have to scramble I call the insurance to have my car towed to the Opel de Castel while my car is at the Opel de Montauban. Insurance is outraged at Opel Montauban's refusal to help me. In addition, my warranty expired because of them because I refused to take my car for repairs. I'm going to have to pay for my car repairs. It is unacceptable!!
