I had an average experience with Thomas Cook India Limited. The customer service was decent but the overall vacation package was just okay. I expected better accommodations and more organized tours. The company website made it easy to book, but I feel like there are room for improvements. The tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. I hope they can make some improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
