I recently used Majes Viajes to plan my vacation and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and they had a good variety of vacation packages to choose from. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and when they did, their answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate them as average.
