Soyü is a company that I have mixed feelings about. While their products are generally decent, I have had a few issues with the customer service in the past. There have been times when I reached out for help and didn't receive a satisfactory response. However, I appreciate the variety of options they offer on their website. Overall, I think Soyü is an okay company.
