I recently had the opportunity to work with Smart Call Canter Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and I must say it was an average experience. The customer service was satisfactory and the team was quite responsive to our queries. However, there were a few instances where the communication could have been better. Overall, it was a decent experience working with them.
