I had a rather average experience with Lim & Tan Securities. The service provided was satisfactory but not outstanding. The website was easy to use and had all the necessary information. However, the customer support could have been more responsive. There were some delays in getting my queries answered, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I would give them an average rating.
