I've stayed at the Sheraton several times, and each time I've stayed there, it's been excellent. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Any requests I've made have been honored, both from the day of and ones requested in advance. The rooms are nice, though most lack any sort of mini fridge, which would be nice. The location is perfect, attached to the Prudential Center, which has plentiful shops and is also very close walking distance to Newbury St. I'd happily stay here again, and likely will in the near future.
