Despite a few minor hiccups, my experience with Osm has been positive overall. The website is easy to navigate and the products I ordered arrived on time. There were a couple of small issues with the order, but the customer service team swiftly resolved them. While not perfect, I appreciate their responsiveness and effort to rectify any problems.
