I am a customer and I have been using the services of Simcoe County Student Transportation Consortium for the past two years. I must say that their service is average. While they do provide transportation for students, there have been times when the buses were delayed or even cancelled without any prior notice. This has caused inconvenience for both the students and their parents. I hope the company takes these issues seriously and works towards improving their service.
