I have been working at Globallogic Ukraine for several years and it has been a great experience overall. The company provides a friendly and supportive work environment, where teamwork is highly encouraged. The management is responsive and open to feedback, which makes it easier for employees to voice their ideas and concerns. The projects I've worked on were challenging and allowed me to develop new skills. The only area that requires improvement is communication between teams, but it is a minor issue compared to all the positives. Overall, I highly recommend Globallogic Ukraine as a great place to work.
