I recently stayed at a hotel near the Miami airport and was not happy with my experience. However, when I switched to Sheraton, everything changed for the better. The customer service was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the convenient location and the variety of dining options available nearby. I would definitely stay at Sheraton again in the future.
