I do not recommend !!! Very unhappy with customer service. Company that is only interested in economics.

I explain my case: On Saturday we had a dinner reserved to celebrate the anniversary of my parents, together with my little sister (almost 400eur paid in advance). My sister had an accident and had to undergo an emergency rhinoplasty yesterday night.

I call today first thing Friday to change the date of dinner since my sister cannot attend since she is in bed breathing with much difficulty and all swollen, in addition to obviously not being able to open her mouth and having a plaster nose.



I understand that there are company policies, but I believe that everything can be studied and more by providing the necessary medical documentation, in this case. Nefarious attention !!!

A lot of medicine academy and then cases of medical emergencies (surgical in this case) are not taken into account ???

It seems that there is something that is ahead of human values in this company ... and in this case, it is money!

Pdta. I have tried to publish my case on Instagram and Facebook so that people can know my case and see the attention that this company offers, but the company has deleted my messages and blocked my account, which is why I manifest it here.
