I heard of this place from a TV special or something, and I was jonesing for some cheese (Wisconsinites know what I'm talking about). In lieu of my cheese need and being in the area, I purchased some cheese curds from this establishment. With the first bite and squeak of the curd, I got my cheese fix in a hurry. Creamy, rich taste and perfect texture. Hands down the best cheese curds I ever consumed, and I've had plenty to compare. To complete this cheese curd experience, I would have to say I'm pathetically hooked now and like The Terminator once said, "I'll be back."
