I had an okay experience with ClientSoft. The website was easy to navigate and the overall service was decent. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. It took them a while to respond to my queries and sometimes their replies were not very helpful. Nonetheless, I appreciate their effort in providing a user-friendly platform.
