We were in Portland for the holidays and discovered at the last minute that we needed to bring pastries to Christmas morning festivities. Lovejoy worked with us in a very helpful way to make terrific babka and deliciously authentic pannetone available during what must be one of the busiest times of the year. Kudos on customer service and lovely products!
