As a CUSTOMER, I have been using Fidelo software gmbh's services for a while now and I must say they are average. The user interface is quite intuitive and the features provided are decent. However, there are some areas where they can improve, such as the customer support which can be a bit slow at times. Overall, I rate their services as average.
