I don't know what happened to the elevators. Most of them were malfunctioning and were found shut in the very busy time of Eid Shopping. That's a huge let down. Moreover, I had a hard time finding the washrooms. They should think about navigating people to shops and important places like washrooms given that the mall is huge. But it's worth noting that the place was very clean.
