I recently had some dental work done and used Providental laboratory for the first time. Overall, the experience was decent. The work they did was satisfactory, and the price was reasonable. However, I felt that the customer service could have been better. The staff was not very friendly or accommodating. It would have been nice to be greeted with a smile and feel welcomed as a customer. Overall, an average experience.
