RUN.... FAST. This company is TERRIBLE. I hope you read the many terrible reviews that unfortunately i did not read before moving into 19 Newman street (the most terrible 7 months of my life) flooding every single day, tree fallen (EMERGENCY HOTLINE DOESNT ANSWER), infested with carpenter ants, MOLD issues, i could go on and on... they DO NOT respond and do not fix anything especially not in a timely manner. Their work is terrible. Please do everything you can to stay away from these type of rentals. My life has been a living hell. I now have severe breathing issues and allergies due to sleeping in a house full of mold for 7 months. I had to terminate my lease. They also took forever to do so. I put up a fight and you should too. Good luck.
