If I could, I would gather up a choir to help me sing the praises of Anthony, a technician/installer for WiseConnect! After repeated rescheduling of an installation appointment for brand new service in a brand new house by Frontier (post-Verizon) and almost an entire month without any services at all, Anthony showed up today (sent by Frontier) AHEAD of our scheduled appointment and got to work immediately. Other techs have had nothing but problems in our area of California, including for our neighbors - but six hours and a lot of patience later, Anthony has earned a new nickname: Harry Potter. Because he's a WIZARD! He completed our installation of phone, cable tv, and internet FIOS service and everything is working fabulously! I can't tell you how thankful we are for the expertise and professionalism of WiseConnect and this particular technician/installer.
