I have been a customer of Fujitsu Laboratories Of America, INC for several years now and I must say that the overall experience has been average. The services provided by the company are decent, but nothing extraordinary. The customer support team is responsive, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a resolution. I would recommend the company for its reliability, but there is definitely room for improvement.
