I purchased a Sharp brand TV, the instructions were not clear and complete, available for another only as part of the non-paper TV software and also extremely synthetic to the limit of uselessness. I was unable to reorder the channels and to connect a headset without excluding the TV audio, a function present in the software but not working. I then contacted customer support who never answered me. Instead, I solved the problem of reordering autonomously, in practice if you leave the location active, the channels are sorted by the TV, which then only allows you to move them, making them keep their number. So if for example I want Rai1 HD on button 1 if I reorder with the location activated I will always have normal Rai1. If instead I use the channel +/- button then they are sorted. As you can understand it is a very uncomfortable system and to complete the work, the location is in the first setting menu, not accessible from the channel settings, therefore everything is really uncomfortable and not very intuitive. Combined with non-existent customer support, I can only advise against the brand.
