I have mixed feelings about Bicycle NSW. While their products are of good quality and their website is user-friendly, I was not completely happy with my purchase. The customer service was decent, but there were delays in shipping and it took me longer than expected to receive my order. I hope they can improve on their delivery times and overall customer experience.
