I've been a member of the Ostomy Support Group Of Mid Hudson for a year now and it has been an incredible experience. The support and camaraderie I have found here is unmatched. The group members are so kind, understanding, and always ready to listen and offer advice. It's comforting to know that I'm not alone in my journey. The regular meetings, educational sessions, and social events organized by the group have been a great source of knowledge and fun. I would highly recommend this group to anyone living with an ostomy. It's truly a lifesaver.
