We planned for 3 nights vacation after checking their website and positive reviews posted on the internet. The property is excellent and the view is amazing but when it comes to service, it is very poor. It is definitely not worth for the amount that you pay. We couldn't stay there for more than 2 nights and we vacated the place a day before.

The problems that we faced:
- We had to request them at least 5 times to get a work done
- Only 2 towels, 2 soaps and 2 shampoos were provided for a group of 10 adults
- Extra beds were provided without bed cover
- Stinking pillow covers
- Water was not kept in the room
- We had to wait for 20-30 minutes for a cup of coffee / tea to be delivered.
- No eggs, no toasted bread were provided in the complimentary breakfast and they call it as continental / English breakfast

I have never written a negative review but this one, I thought I should definitely post it because the management was not willing to listen but only gave lame excuses.
