I recently booked a trip with Micco Travel and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process went smoothly, but I expected more from the customer service. The agent I spoke to was a bit unhelpful and didn't seem very knowledgeable. However, the trip itself was enjoyable and the accommodations were decent. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
