I had a mixed experience with Sandy Bay Mink Ranch. While the quality of their mink products is excellent, their customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. However, once I expressed my concerns, they did try to rectify the situation and made it right. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, but I expected better customer service.
