I recently used the services of a bank, and I must say that it was an average experience. The overall process was smooth, but I did encounter a few minor issues. The website was user-friendly, but I found it a bit cluttered. The customer service was okay, not extraordinary. I think LAISHANG BANK can improve in these aspects to provide a better user experience. However, I didn't face any major problems, and everything was resolved satisfactorily in the end.
