I recently hired a car from Mogo Cars and I had an average experience. The car was in good condition and the process of booking online was easy and convenient. However, the customer service could have been better. The staff at the pickup location were not very friendly and seemed uninterested in helping me. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better service from Mogo Cars.
