I have had a mixed experience with Summit fire apparatus. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were a bit disappointing. The quality of their fire apparatus is excellent, and their website is user-friendly. However, I had some issues with their customer service. The response time was slow, and the staff was not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience with Summit fire apparatus as average.
