Was expecting a package, checked the tracking, said no-one was available to sign and a note was left. 3 people were home and no note was left. Came in 3 hours from the track time and was told that it was on the truck still and to try back in another 3 and a half hours. Came back at that time and was told only 1 truck had made it back and only one package was in the back. They told me to come back near close. I'm just waiting in the parking lot now so I don't have to waste gas making more useless trips. Plus the line has been very long and only two people working at the counters.
