When the staff knows someone is drunk, they need to talk to them like a spoiled kid, not a disciplinarian. My husband needed a simple Covid-19 test, and ended up being kept for his heart rate being up, and him worried they were going to keep him for a three day psychiatric hold. Then, when he forgot his phone and charger, the phone made it's way to the front desk, but not the charger. After I made a special trip to get his phone, without the charger, when I called back, it magically reappeared. Now I'll need to make a special trip again for that. Half of the staff was extremely polite and professional. The other half wasn't.
