I just went in to get screened for COVID. My wife called and made an appointment. I get there and the person screening people was unprofessional. She asked my appointment time and I wasn t sure so I said now. She proceeded to just let me stand there. I go outside and call the number and told them. They call me back when they re ready for me and the nurse got done and told me I didn t follow directions and that I was screaming at the screener. I told her she unprofessional and rude when I was out there, because she had me standing where people are walking in. Completely unacceptable.
