bought hanging pendant lamps in June 2015 which after installation, it was noticed that the lamp shades were not identical. One of the lamp shades was noticeably more sheer than the other. Either shade was fine by itself but it would be nice to have two matching shades as they are hanging on each side of the bed. Repeated emails and calls have produced nothing with the store. I was referred to this store by my builder and recommend that builders find another merchant who cares about their customers.
