Thoughtful staff that committed to delivering a tailored product that had to appeal to numerous audience groups. Design work is never easy to undertake--especially when so many stakeholders have disparate perspectives. With all things said and done, I could not have been happier with the end result and was particularly grateful for the sensitivity shown by nclud when dealing with some bumps along the way.
