I recently had the opportunity to work with a consulting firm and I must say that my experience was average. The team at this consultancy had good knowledge and expertise, which was reflected in the services they provided. However, I did find that the communication could have been better. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response, which was a bit frustrating. The website was informative and well-designed, making it easy to navigate and find the information I needed. Overall, while I believe that there is room for improvement in terms of communication, the knowledge and services provided by this consulting firm were satisfactory.
