If you booked a room here, please be warned check-in process is bad. Definitely, DO NOT EXPECT early check-in or on-time check-in !!! We arrived at about 2:30pm. They asked us to come back at 4pm ( check-in) but we didn t get our keys until 5pm. We had two toddlers who were very very tired.

Our stay was acceptable. Make sure you ask for room service when you leave. This way, the room is ready by the time you get back. Also, secure pool towels ahead because they run out quickly.

A lot of the amenities are not functional ( restaurants and beach bus service ). We were not there to enjoy those amenities so it worked out okay. The pool is functioning but small. The pool light was broken when we were there.

Hope they can improve their check-in process and also, work on turning rooms over on time.
