Unfortunately their services are very bad during the lockdown. They first give u a scheduled delivery date which is double the usual time. Only fir it to get to the destination sort facility and you get no information at all. Nothing. And their customer service here no nothing about what is going on. Cannot help you with any information. Please during lockdown please use DHL, i am still waiting for my package 3 weeks now
