Absolutely disgusting attitude! I called to ask whether there was any space left for Christmas Day Dinner (I am recovering from the flu so my voice sounds strange), the man that answered passed the phone to someone else and told them he couldn't deal with listening to that! Obviously referring to my poorly voice.

What a despicable and disgusting attitude to have. I have never been in The Pilgrim Inn before and rest assured I shall not be going in the future. I live in the village and I shall advise others to take their business elsewhere as well.

Such ridiculous snobbery!
