I am a customer of Sensoneo and I must say that their service is average. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I feel that their customer support could be improved. The response time to my queries was quite slow and I had to wait for a long time to get a resolution to my issue. Overall, I would rate my experience with Sensoneo as average.
