I recently hired a cleaning service for my home through their website. Their website was easy to navigate and I was able to schedule a cleaning in just a few clicks. However, the actual cleaning service was just average. The cleaners arrived on time, but I noticed a few missed spots and some areas were not as thoroughly cleaned as I would have liked. 😕 The customer service was friendly, but I expected a bit more attention to detail in the cleaning itself. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I may consider trying a different company for my next cleaning project.
