I recently purchased a hearing aid from this company. The product itself is of decent quality, but the customer service and follow-up could use improvement. The website is user-friendly, making it easy to browse and place an order. However, when I reached out with some questions, the response time was slower than expected. The product arrived in good condition and functions as described, which I appreciate. However, I feel that there's room for improvement in terms of overall customer experience. Hopefully, they will work on enhancing their customer support and engagement in the future. 👂🏼
