So there isn't anything a resort can do about snow, knowing this, Kirkwood has done a good job keeping lifts and runs open. Weekday riding means no lines and clear wide open trails. A smaller resort but plenty of terrain to ride. About 45 minutes off the lake with limited parking so get there early on the weekends.
