I recently booked a trip through the website and was somewhat disappointed with the experience. The website itself was user-friendly and had a good variety of options, but I found the prices to be a bit higher than other similar sites. Additionally, the customer service was slow to respond to my inquiries, which made the booking process a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the trip itself was well-organized and enjoyable, but I think there is room for improvement on the communication and pricing. Overall, it was an average experience. 😀
