Under Canadian Trademark law stating on your website what brands, or models you provide repair service for is considered fair use. However, the threat of costly litigation has bullied many local independently own businesses to have to remove this from their websites. This isn't about trademark law, it's about dealerships through their parent company bullying independent shops in the marketplace.
