My experience with the LumenLab | MetLife Innovation Centre has been quite average. While there are talented individuals in the team, I felt that the overall approach to problem-solving and innovation was lacking. There was a lack of creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. However, they did deliver satisfactory results. I believe there is room for improvement in their processes and innovation strategies.
