I attended a workshop at independentdance.co.uk and it was an overall positive experience. The instructors were knowledgeable and provided valuable insights. The workshop had a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the improvisation exercises. However, I felt that the workshop could have been more challenging. Nevertheless, I would consider attending future workshops at independentdance.co.uk.
