[Dec 2019] I m trying not be overly harsh to such an iconic English landmark but in truth I found it disappointing. The two main areas worth visiting once inside is the White Tower, to see the armour collection, and obviously The Crown Jewels. We visited on what turned out to be a busy day and had to queue for 90 minutes to see the jewels. They are worth the wait and in IMO the best thing about the site. The other exhibits seem to be lacking a little and have been padded out. Good facilities onsite and the staff and Warders are knowledgable and friendly. Overall though; I wouldn t recommend or revisit.
