Today, Hendrick Lexus Norhtlake blew customer service out of the water!!!! Hussain Amir came to our house and, without condescension, patiently instructed my husband and me to help us navigate the systems that we couldn't figure out on our own. I feel so much more confident about the vehicle now. And this was on the heels of the terrific experience we had in the showroom. Our salesperson, Jay, made the experience one that encourages customer loyalty.
