The experience with Eyon has been average overall. The customer support was helpful but not exceptional. I found their website easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the product quality did not meet my expectations. There were some minor issues with the item I purchased. It would be great if they could improve their quality control. Overall, I would rate Eyon as average.
